Monolith II

 

Monolith II is the second in a new series of clocks using a control system developed by Jason Iceman.

​

A mystery clock of sorts, the work presents time through indicators that appear to float independently within the case. The result is a quiet, enigmatic composition in which the mechanism recedes and the indication of time becomes the central visual event.

​

The work is available to order in a choice of case materials, and with either 12-hour or 24-hour time indication.

​

 

Technical Details: Arduino control. Programmable LED lighting.
